MDHHS Launches Online Access to Immunization Records

The Michigan Department of Health & Human Services has initiated the Michigan Immunization Portal, designed to allow individuals with immunization records posted in the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR) to locate their immunization history, including COVID immunizations. Individual records can be viewed, downloaded, saved, or printed from the portal. In addition, the portal is designed to be accessed via either computer or smart phone.

To ensure privacy and that individuals are only able to access their own immunization records, Michiganders must create a MILogin account through the portal and upload a valid government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport. There is no cost to access the portal.
