It’s Not Too Late to Participate in HCAM’s Grant-Funded Dementia Care Program

The Michigan Health Endowment Fund Board approved HCAM’s grant application for dementia training for our assisted living members. The Enhancing Dementia Care Program will begin in August 2024 and conclude June 2025. While HCAM previously sent a request to identify member communities interested in participating in this grant program, we still have open spots available. Click here for details.
