Careers in Caring Launch

AHCA announced their Careers in Caring campaign to press today, January 11. Careers in Caring is an AHCA/NCAL initiative to provide resources for members to help with their hiring efforts. The association has created sample job postings, social media posts, talking points, handouts and more – all designed to support members who need to advertise open positions. The press announcement is part of AHCA’s effort to draw national attention to this campaign so that workers will know that the sector is hiring, policymakers can see that we are putting our full effort into workforce recruitment and to broaden our reach with these materials to as many LTC providers as possible.

Special Messages from AHCA/NCAL Leadership

AHCA/NCAL is excited to share that the 2023 National Quality Award year is off to an amazing start. AHCA saw an incredible amount of commitment to the Quality Award program through the Intent to Apply process and hopes to keep the engagement and momentum going into the final weeks before the deadline at 8 p.m. ET on January 26, 2023. AHCA President and CEO Mark Parkinson and NCAL Executive Director LaShuan Bethea shared special messages of encouragement to long-term care providers working hard on their 2023 applications.
