Attached is the HCAM Wage and Compensation Report 2006. It presents the results of the 2006 survey regarding nursing facility wages, compensation packages, turnover, unionization, pool usage and overtime. This data has been used by many facilities to evaluate their own current compensation levels and for those entering a new market through new construction or acquisition to establish a competitive wage for that area.

As you review the report remember that the validity of the data is based on the response to the survey.
